以大气污染因子的确定,污染源数据、环境质量现状数据、气象数据收集和分析,以及城市概况为基础,进行了大气环境容量核算模型的选择、核算与校验,提出了导致污染物超标存在的问题和改善的建议;为城市大气污染物排放总量控制目标、排污许可证制度的落实、环境保护规划和管理提供了科学的技术支持。
Based on the definite of atmosphere pollution elements, the collection and anlysis of the data of pollution source, environmental quality actuality, meteorological phenomena and ubran general situation. To choose and verify and computate atmosphere environmental capacity model. To put forward questions and suggests about superhigh pollution. To provide scicentific technology support for destination of summation control about atmosphere pollution, unloading licence system and environmental planning and management.
