摘要
本文在对中国行政机关绩效考核体系的现状、问题、成因等进行综合分析的基础上,针对新时期的特点,对完善和改进现行国家行政机关绩效考核体系作了探索,并提出相应措施,以应对现行国家行政机关绩效考核体系的改革方向及重点。
This paper does some researches of the status quo,problems and causes of the assessment system of government departments in China,puts forward some measures to improve this system and does its best to supplement some points to the orientation and key issues in the reform of this system.
