摘要
北宋都城开封的饮食业的繁荣主要表现在酒楼食店多、市场分工细、食品丰富、从业人员形形色色等几个方面。这一繁荣局面的形成是由社会需求旺及政策的开放等多种原因造成的。
The prosperity of the catering industry in Kaifeng,the capital of the North Song Dynasty,is mainly reflected in the following aspects:the large numbers of taverns and restaurants,concrete division of labor,a great variety of food and various occupants,etc.Such a booming phase was brought about for such reasons as the large social demand and the opening policies,and so on.
