摘要
法律规避是国际私法领域中的一个重要问题。在法律规避行为的效力问题上,学者们有不同的主张。本文着重对法律规避无效论进行探讨,并提出质疑,同时阐明了自己的观点。
Evasion of law is an important problem in the field of private international law.On effect of evasion of law,the scholar each has different opinions.This text focuses on and queries the opinion about 'the no effect of evasion of law'.At the same time the author expounds own view to the effect question of evasion of law.
