摘要
继续教育担负着全面提高公民思想道德和科学文化素质的重要任务。在落实继续教育战略地位的过程中需要法律的保障;继续教育发展过程中出现的问题需要用法律途径解决;继续教育实践中的成功经验也需要用法律的形式固定下来。加快我国继续教育立法进程已是教育界和法学界必须关注的重要课题。本文从我国继续教育发展现状、教育法律体系现状以及外国经验借鉴等方面分析,阐述了加快我国继续教育立法进程的必要性和可行性。
Further education carries on an important mission of raising the moral character and scientific and cultural character of the citizens in all rounds. In the process of carrying out the strategic position of further education, it demands a guarantee of law. The problems emerged in the process of further education have to be solved by way of legal action. Those successful experiences in the practice of further education need to be fixed in the form of law. It has already been an important topic focused by the circles of education and law to speed the lawmaking progress of further education. This essay elaborates the necessity and possibility of speeding the legislation progress of further education in our country from the aspects of the present condition of further education and the education law system in our country and foreign experiences.
