摘要
文章从行为学角度分析"空心族"的成因:需要是行为动力的源泉;价值观影响青少年行为的方式,是行为的精神支柱。进而提出相应对策:青少年要树立学习意识;家庭、学校、社会要刺激青少年的需要,并对其进行理想价值观教育。
From the perspective of behavioral studies,The paper points out that'Hollow Group' is formed by the following: the need is a source of behavior motivation;values affect the way young people behavior and is the spiritual pillar of the behavior.The paper alse puts forward the countermeasures as follows: young people should learn to establish a sense of study,and family,school and society should stimulate young people's needs and share with them ideal education and values education.
