摘要
要推进新时代高校形势与政策课规范化建设,必须建立健全形势与政策教育教学的领导体制与工作机制。只有通过健全机构,加强领导,成立形势与政策教育教学领导小组,设立形势与政策教育教学办公室,明确党政各部门在形势与政策教育中的分工与责任,形成党委宣传部门全面统领,教务部门规范管理,思想政治理论课教学部门精心施教,学生工作部、团委密切配合,教学督导委员会强化督评,人事、科研、财务部门积极保障的联动工作机制,才能真正保证高校形势与政策教育获得持续有序的发展。
To push forward the construction of the course of Situations and Policies in higher education institutions in the new era,there must be a sound leadership and working mechanism.The sustainable and orderly development of the course can only be ensured when organs are established,leadership strengthened.It requires the establishment of a leading organ and an education and teaching office of the course,forming a mechanism of labor and duty division among the party and administrative departments,leadership by the party's publicity department,standardization and supervision by the teaching-affair department,teaching by the ideology teaching department,cooperation between the students working department and youth league committee,evaluation by the teaching-supervision department,and the joint efforts from the departments of human resources,scientific research,and finance.
