摘要
如何促进跨国公司与地方产业集群间的协同发展是发展中国家面临的重要课题。基于地方产业集群的嵌入性特征,可以看到跨国公司与地方产业集群由地理接近到关系嵌入的两阶段融合过程是一条必由之路。通过地理接近,跨国公司可以获得由集聚效应带来的成本节约优势,而通过嵌入关系的建立,跨国公司与本地企业共享知识溢出效应、集体学习机制等,进而促进产业集群的持续健康发展。
Developing countries are now facing an important task to promote the coordinated development of international companies and local industry cluster.According to the feature of embeddedness of local industry cluster,we can conclude that it is necessary that international companies and local industry cluster integrate through two stages from geographic access to relation embeddedness.Geographic access enables international companies to acquire cost saving advantage caused by combined effect,while the establishment of embedded relations help international companies share knowledge spillover effect,collective learning mechanism,etc.with local enterprises,which promote the sustainable and healthy development of industry cluster.
