摘要
发展先进生产力需要高素质的劳动者、科学工作者、决策者和管理者;发展先进文化的根本任务是培养四有公民;代表中国最广大人民的根本利益必须把学生培养成德智体全面发展的建设者和接班人,以保证我们的党和国家沿着正确的方向前进。可见,高校实践三个代表,就是要把学生培养成高素质人才。
To develop advanced productivity needs high qualified laborers, scientific men, policymakers and managers; To develop advanced culture, the basic task is to foster citizens with 'Four Beings'; to represent the basic benefit of the most people in China, students must be fostered to be all-sided practiced socialist builders and successors. Only in this way can our Party and country proceed in the right direction. So, colleges and universities must foster high-qualified talents to practice the demands of 'three representatives'.
