摘要
群体思维（Group think）容易导致错误的决策和行为的主要原因，是因为有高度凝聚力的群体、群体领导人权威和群体决策内容的重要性所致。为了防止群体思维，就必须走群众路线，使群体的决策过程民主化、科学化。
Group thinking often results in wrong policy and action, because it has a group of high condensed power, authority of group leaders and importance of the policies made by group leaders. In order to avoid group thinking, We must adhere to the mass line and make the group policy more democratic and scientific.
