摘要
基坑开挖对其下部的地铁区间隧道有明显的影响。上海轨道交通7号线浦江南浦路站——浦江耀华路站区间的中间风道基坑工程位于地铁区间隧道的上方,坑底距隧道顶的最小距离仅为9m。基坑开挖对该地铁区间隧道上浮影响的分析与计算成为该工程的关键。为此建立了该基坑工程的数值分析模型,对实际施工工况进行模拟,动态地分析了施工过程中开挖卸荷对地铁区间隧道上浮的影响:下行隧道上浮较上行线要大。提出了相应的控制措施:地铁区间隧道变形值超过允许值,需对隧道周围土体进行加固处理,或者采用堆载的方法。建议加载大小为160kN/m2;若采用坑底加固的方法,加固弹性模量为30MPa。
The foundation pit of Shanghai metro Line 7 between Pujiang and Yaohua stations is located above the metro tunnel.The minimum distance between the foundation pit and tunnel is only 9 meters.The key of the foundation pit project is the analysis and calculation of the deformation of the metro tunnel caused by the excavation of the foundation pit.This paper establishes a numerical model of the foundation pit project,which simulates the practical construction process,then dynamically analyzes the affection of excavating on the deformation of the metro tunnel.Based on the result,this paper puts forward some measures to control the deformation of the metro tunnel,hopes to provide a valuable reference for foundation pit design and construction.
