摘要 目的:探讨氟离子注入钛表面改性的骨细胞相容性和抗菌性能,为种植体表面改性提供实验基础。方法:应用等离子体浸没离子注入技术制备氟离子注入钛表面改性材料,XPS和SEM检测改性材料的化学组成和表面形貌;免疫荧光法测定改性材料对成骨样细胞系MG-63黏着斑形成的影响;扫描电镜观察改性材料对细菌粘附的影响。结果:氟离子注入钛表面改性材料的表面由钛、氧、氟和碳元素组成,为均匀分布的、散在的团粒状物质;改性材料表面的粘着斑形成数量比纯钛表面形成的多(p<0.05)并可影响牙龈卟啉单胞菌的粘附数量和菌体形态。结论:含氟的钛表面改性层可促进成骨细胞黏着斑的形成、抑制细菌的粘附,提示其具有良好的骨细胞相容性和抗菌性能。 Objective:To evaluate the biocompatibility and antibacterial activity of the modified surface of fluoride ion-implanted titanium and provide the experimental foundation for dental implant.Methods:Pure commercial titanium discs were treated with fluoride ion implantation by Plasma Ion Implantation Technique and chemical composition and physical structure of the surface modification layer was characterized by XPS and SEM.In order to investigate the formation of focal adhesion plaque,MG-63 cells were seeded onto the surfaces of the modified Ti discs in 24-well cell culture plates at a density of 2×104/ml and quantified by morphometric analysis using an immunofluorescence microscope.In order to measure bacterial responses,P.g was seeded onto the surfaces of the modified Ti discs in 24-well cell culture plates at a density of 1×108CFU/ml and observed by a scanning electron microscope.Results:The full range XPS spectra indicated that the main effects of fluoride-ion implantation on the chemical states and surface morphology were the appearance of Titanium,Oxygen、fluorine and Carbon signals as well as the homogeneously sporadic distributed granular masses.The quantity of focal adhesion plaque on fluoride ion-implanted titanium was more than that on the non-implanted titanium at 6h after cell culture.Meanwhile,the fluoride ion-implanted titanium could affect adherence and the form of P.g.Conclusion:Fluoride ion-implanted titanium could enhance the formation of focal adhesion plaque and decrease the attachment P.g,which suggested the compatibility and antibacterial activity of the modified titanium.
