摘要
在较为全面收集整理云南省黄金矿山系统资源状况、地质经济技术和生产经营状况第一手资料的基础上，客观地分析各矿山所处的外部环境，利用UV法、趋势分析法和最优规划法，初步建立了云南省黄金矿山系统各矿山综合实力评价模型和产量优化配置模型，以期在尊重现有资源配置的客观事实上通过控制内部产量计划，使得云南省黄金矿山系统效益最佳，并实现可持续发展。
