摘要
目的探讨肺癌组织中低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)、多药耐药相关蛋白1(MRP1)和谷胱甘肽S转移酶-π(GST-π)的表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测53例肺癌组织中HIF-1α、MRP1和GST-π的表达水平。比较不同肺癌浸润程度、有无淋巴结转移者HIF-1α、MRP1和GST-π的阳性表达情况。结果53例肺癌组织中HIF-1α阳性表达44例(83.0%),GST-π阳性表达28例(52.8%),两者呈正相关(P<0.05),HIF-1α表达与MRP1表达(阳性表达31例,为58.5%)无相关性(P>0.05)。肺癌TNM分期T3、T4组HIF-1α、MRP1和GST-π高表达率分别为60.0%、80.0%和73.3%,与T1、T2组的26.3%、44.7%和42.1%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌有淋巴结转移组HIF-1α、MRP1和GST-π高表达率分别为84.0%、72.0%、68.0%,与无淋巴结转移组的25.0%、42.9%和39.3%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HIF-1α可能对GST-π的表达起上调作用,HIF-1α、MRP1和GST-π高表达与肺癌的浸润程度和淋巴结转移有关。
