摘要
受传统相关管理体制的影响,以往的大学体育理论大都认为:大学体育的基本属性也与普通学校体育一样,是"学校教育的组成部分和国民体育的基础";而在新的社会条件下正在不断拓展自己功能的新时期大学体育实践,使我们意识到大学体育作为大学全部职能行为的践行者和维护者,其基本属性应该被重新确定为:"不仅是大学教育的组成部分,也是国家体育的直接参与者。"
