摘要 目的探讨丹参联合古拉啶对脂肪肝大鼠脂质代谢和TNF-α水平的影响。方法用高脂饲料建立大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型,并用丹参注射液联合古拉啶溶液进行治疗,观察药物对脂质代谢和TNF-α的影响。结果丹参注射液降低血清中MDA水平,联合用药降低组织中MDA水平,古拉啶溶液升高组织中SOD水平,血清中TNF-α水平上升,用药后无显著差异。结论丹参注射液、古拉啶溶液及联合用药均具改善脂质过氧化作用。 】Objective Tostudy the combination effects of salvia and glutathione on the levels of lipid metabolism and TNF-α in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver.Methods The model rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver were made by feeding high fat forage.Fatty liver rats were randomly divided into model group,SI group,GL group and combined treatment group.The effect was observed after treatment.Results Compared with model group,the serum level of Malondialdehyde(MDA) in SI group and tissue MDA in combined group is lower,...
