摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声技术在胎儿畸形产前筛查中的诊断价值。方法:对我院2001年10月～2008年10月产前检查并分娩的6068例孕妇进行回顾性分析。结果:6068例产妇分娩畸形胎儿127例(2.1%),其中119例产前经超声检查确诊畸形胎儿94例,阳性率79.0%,超声诊断与产后诊断符合率100%,漏诊25例,漏诊率21.0%;未做超声8例,产前均未做出诊断。结论:彩超可发现大多数的胎儿形态结构异常,在胎儿畸形产前筛查中有重要的诊断价值。
