摘要
近几年国家在岗位聘任、绩效工资、岗位管理等方面进行的体制改革,迫切需要相应的高校教师绩效考核体系与之匹配。然而当前高校教师绩效考核体系中存在的缺陷,严重阻碍了新体制改革优势的充分发挥。针对目前存在的问题,根据新的改革要求,应在科学把握考核体系重点的基础上,通过教师岗位分析、完善考核机制等措施,健全教师绩效考核体系,促进高校体制改革顺利实施。
