摘要
我们从系统论的角度,以动态战略为导向,从绩效考核标准、绩效实施、绩效评估、绩效反馈等方面,运用鱼骨图法、层次分析法(AHP)和熵值法等方法,就如何建立以动态战略为导向的企业绩效管理系统进行了详细的论述,旨在为企业实现人力资源动态管理提供理论依据。
From the perspective of system theory,oriented with a dynamic strategy,this paper discusses how to es-tablish a dynamic strategy-oriented enterprise performance management system by the use of fish-bone diagram,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and the entropy method,etc.in aspects of performance plans,performance implementation,per-formance evaluation,performance feedback,which aims at achieveing dynamic management of human resources and pro-vide a theoretical basis for enterprises.
