摘要
目的:探讨不同种类的细胞悬浮剂及不同悬浮时间对白细胞和上皮细胞悬浮保存的影响。方法:采用正交试验安排试验,以变异系数为指标进行细胞悬浮剂最优配方的筛选。结果:优化的固定剂配方最优组合为A1B3C1D1E1。结论:不同的悬浮剂不同的悬浮时间对白细胞和上皮细胞的悬浮保存有显著的影响。优化的悬浮剂配方对白细胞和上皮细胞有良好的悬浮保存作用,该技术对于尿沉渣白细胞和上皮细胞的悬浮剂的研制具有重要应用价值。
