摘要
公立医院作为非营利性医疗机构,其经济管理有一定的特殊性。从实际出发,通过专家调查分析,对公立医院经营危机进行评估,为医院管理者提示容易造成经营危机的因素,以促进公立医院危机管理水平的提高。
As the nonprofit institution,Public hospitals have particularities on the economy management.We consider from a factual way,use the experts’ investigation and analysis as a reference,Through the expansion of economy crisis evaluation,it is a hint about phases which is easy to be the crisis for public hospital management.The result of this research can help to accelerate the advance of the public hospital crisis.
