摘要
为提高护理质量,引进优秀护理人才,2007年我院招录了26名高护毕业生。经过多种形式的培训和系统的学习,综合测评成绩明显提高,调动了新护士的主观能动性,有利于新护士的培养。
In order to improve the nursing quality and introduce excellent nurses, in 2007, the NO.1 people’ s hospital conscribed 26 graduates majoring in advanced nursing. Through various forms of training and learning, the comprehensive text grades of those graduates have greatly improved, which is helpful to arouse new nurses’ subjective initiative and stimulate their cultivation.
