摘要
目的探讨青壮年胫骨平台骨折的特点和切开复位内固定术治疗的疗效.方法本组总结青壮年胫骨平台骨折89例,男82例,女7例.按Schatzker分类法,Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型9例,Ⅲ型21例。Ⅳ型17例,Ⅴ型27例,Ⅵ型10例.根据不同类型骨折的特点进行针对性的切开复位内固定术治疗,有骨缺损者给予填充植骨(自体髂骨或同种异体骨).结果本组89例获得随访.按Rasmussen评分标准:优48例53.9%,良28例31.5%,可10例11.2%,差3例3.4%,优良率85.4%.结论对不同类型的青壮年胫骨平台骨折行针对性的切开复位内固定术治疗能获得良好的效果.
Objective To study surgical treatment of Young adults tibia plateau fractures.Methods Eighty-nine cases of Young adults tibia plateau fractures were treated with internal fixation from February 2004 to December 2006.According to Schatzker classification typeⅠ5 cases,typeⅡ9 cases,typeⅢ21 cases,typeⅣ17 cases,typeⅤ27 cases and typeⅥ10 cases.All cases were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with buttress plates and screws,And autologous bone or allograft bone grafts were used when the bone was not enough.Results All patients were followed up for 12-15 months with an averagely 13.6 months.The exoellent and good rate was 85.4% based on Rasmussen scale.Conclusion Young adults tibia plateau fractures can be get favorable result with internal fixation according to the fracture types.
