分析狭水道、岸壁效应对船舶操纵影响及其操纵过程中应注意的问题,总结中小型船舶近岸航行、靠泊、锚泊的操纵特点及注意事项.
This paper analyses the narrow waterway,the wharf effect on the impact of manipulation of the ship,and the manipulation of the process should pay attention to the problem.At last,small and medium-sized ships sailing in coastal waters,the berthing,mooring manipulation of the characteristics and note.
