摘要
本文采用UV法观察硫酸镁伍用甲基多巴后镁离子药代动力学的变化情况 ,结果表明 ,硫酸镁伍用甲基多巴前后药动学参数的差别不显著 。
Objective To observe the effects of the adjuvant adjuvant_Methyldopa on Pharmacokinelic parameters of Mg2+ in blood serum.Methods Pharmacokinelic parameters of Mg2+were determined by UV spectrophotometry(Magnesium alone, Magnesiumplus Methyldopa).Rusults The stydy showed that there were no statistical significant differences as compared eith the parameters of Mg2+(between Magnesium slone and Magnesium plus Methyldopa)(p>0.05).Conclusion: Methyldopa has no remarkable effect on metabolism of Magnesium.
