摘要
通过微格演练应用于推铅球的教学实验后，得出微格演练可以使讲解示范与技术分析同步进行的结论，有利于学生掌握技术与技能，有利于提高学生的学习兴趣，有利于信息的传递与反馈，有利于提高教学质量。
Filmstrip projection is to apply modem audio-visual equipment to physical education in expectation of quicker & bet- ter master of skills in the part of students. This article draws some useful experience from the exploration into the application of filmstrip to teaching.
