摘要
背越式跳高过杆 ,头部的动作十分重要。腾空阶段 ,人体的头、肩、躯干、髋等环节有规律地 (从上至下 )依次达到最大高度 ,在前一个身体环节越过横杆后 ,应迅速下降 ,以使后一个环节补偿性地升高 ,使身体各部“贴”着横杆依次顺利过杆。
The movement of the head is key to back-layout of the body.At the flight stage,the head,shoulder,body and hip rise to the highest point over the horizontal bar successively and descend as quickly as possible in order to help the next part to compensarily reach the height and skip over the bar.
