摘要
高校"思想道德修养与法律基础"课是对大学生进行系统的马克思主义教育的主阵地,是提高大学生思想道德素质和法律素质的重要途径。增强思想政治理论课的针对性和实效性,关键是创新教学方法。通过案例教学,不仅可以传播思想道德和法律知识,培养学生分析问题、解决问题和开拓创新的能力,而且还能更加注重引导学生向内的德性体验,完善学生人格。
