摘要
利用微生物群在半生物体内模型中系统研究了醋酸酯化淀粉的生物降解性能。结果表明,淀粉经醋酸酯化后的微生物降解速度与原淀粉相差不大,微生物降解程度略高于原淀粉,其微生物降解速度与程度随乙酰基取代度的增加变化不大。利用扫描电镜和多功能光学显微镜对部分降解的醋酸酯化淀粉和木薯淀粉的颗粒形貌和结晶结构变化情况进行了研究。
Biodegradability of acetated tapioca starch was studied in a half-vivo model by using micropopulation symbiotic cocultures.The results show that acetyl esterification with low DS has no distinct influence on degradation by microorganism.
