摘要
作者以圆背角无齿蚌、三角帆蚌和褶纹冠蚌为材料 ,通过多种染色方法并结合酸性磷酸酶、非特异性酯酶和过氧化物酶等 3种酶对血细胞的显示定位 ,可将 3种淡水育珠蚌的血细胞分为 :颗粒细胞、无颗粒细胞、透明细胞和类淋巴细胞四种类型 .作者认为 ,透明细胞可能是颗粒细胞衰老形成的 .
The hemocytes of freshwater pearl clams, Anodonta woodiana pacifice Heude, Hyriopsis cumingii Lea, and Cristaria plicata Leach were studied comparatively using various staining techniques, enzyme hisochemisty. On the basis of characteristics and morphological criteria, their hemocytes were classified into four major categories: granulocyte, agranulocyte, hyalinocyte and lymphocyte-like cell. The relation of those types cells may be that the snile granulocyte formed hyalinocyte.
