摘要
分析了高校图书馆外文期刊采访现状及存在的问题,并就新形势下如何在资金有限的情况下,提供外刊文献保障;如何削减加入WTO影印刊停刊后带来的负面影响,以及如何处理好电子型期刊与印刷型期刊之间的关系等提出了解决策略。
This paper analyses the current situation and problems of foreign language periodicals acquisition of Academic Libraries. How to provide foreign language periodicals services using our limited book-outlay? How to reduce the negative impacts since our country entered WTO? How to deal with the connections of E-periodicals and traditional periodicals? Therefore, this paper gives some countermeasures.
