摘要
本文把“顾客忠诚”的商业营销理念引入到数字图书馆当中,介绍了数字图书馆如何通过产品、价格、分销、促销以及读者在线服务等手段获得用户的“忠诚”,从而提高数字图书馆的效益。
The paper put the Marketting Conception of 'Coustomer Loyalty' into the digital library. Disscuss the digital library how to win the reader's loyalty by the means of production, price, selling and reader's online services, in order to improve the benefit of digital library.
