摘要
以金属铝粉和氮气为原料通过直流电弧等离子法制备氮化铝粉末,经羧酸与盐酸混酸在常温超声条件化学纯化后,X衍射分析表 明:制备出纯度高的氮化铝粉末;样品SEM照片显示:处理后AIN粉末粒度为2~5μm存有少量氮化铝晶须。
AIN powders were prepared by using the metal aluminum powder and nitrogen as raw materials and EC arc plasma method. By putting the powder into the mixture of hydrochloric acid and carboxyl acid, mixing supersonically at room temperature, and drying it, the purified AIN powder was obtained. The XRD and SEM results show that the sample gets high purity , particle size ranges from 2 to 5 f玬 and some AIN exists as whiskers at the same time.
