摘要
应用STC89C52RD单片机及时钟芯片DS12C887,BLR-1型称重传感器和多个光电编码器,以及U盘数据存储,研制了大容量的塔机数据记录仪.详细介绍了系统的组成,软件设计以及基于CH373的U盘接口设计等内容.该数据记录仪实现了塔机运行时的主要运行参数的实时测量与显示,超限报警,数据存储等功能,该系统可应用于塔机工作状况分析及塔机损坏时的历史数据检查等功能.
In this study,a bulk-memory data recorder is developed for tower cranes.Specifically for this recorder,STC89C52RD Single-chip Microcontroller,DS12C887 Clock Chip,BLR-1 Weighing Sensor,and relevant photoelectric encoders and U Disks are applied.In detail,the system configuration,including the software design and CH373-based U-disk interfacing,is postulated.It is found that the data recorder can enable tower cranes in real-time parameter monitoring and display,overrun alarming and data storage.In addition,the...
