摘要 纳豆激酶(nattokinase,NK)是一种由纳豆杆菌(Bacillus natto)产生的具有强烈纤溶作用的丝氨酸蛋白酶,与一些传统的溶栓剂相比,具有安全性好、成本低、口服有效等优点。该文就纳豆激酶溶栓作用的研究进展作一综述。 Nattokinase is a kind serine proteinase that has strong fibrinolytic action produced by Bacillus subtilis( natto).As compared with some traditional thrombolytics,nattokinase possesses the advantages of safety, low cost ,and effective by oral administration etc.Some advances in thrombolysis function of nattokinase were reviewed in this paper.
