摘要
对几种常用的实验室生化降解系数估值方法作了简单介绍,提出了二乘法估值中的赋初值方法,并通过参数值的计算对方法进行了比较分析。结果表明,不同方法的估值结果互有一定差别,降解系数的最大相对误差(相对于平均值)在10%以内。考虑到实验误差的影响,可以认为这几种方法都可用于参数估值。
The most often used methods for the evaluation of biochemical degradation coefficient are briefly summarized and compared on the basis of calculated results. A procedure for giving the least square method a proper initial value is presented for its alternate-calculation. The analysis results show that the maximum relative deviation of k values (vs. average value) is within 10%. Considering the experimental error all these methods may be used in the estimation of k.
