摘要
较系统地报道粉叶小檗(BerberispruinosaFrance.)的小孢子发生和雄配子体形成过程.主要结果如下:花药四室,药壁发育方式为双子叶型;腺质绒毡层,多核;中层3～4层;在药室发育成熟时,1～2层中层宿存,局部与内壁同步发育出纤维素壁加厚,呈"U"形;多孢原,发生于表皮下;小孢子母细胞减数分裂的胞质分裂为连续型,二分体时期相对较长,而四分体时期很短;四分孢子多数呈左右对称的"田"字形排列,少数呈直线形或四面体形;成熟花粉粒为二细胞型,呈圆形,具三孔沟.
The microsporogenesis and formation of male gametophyte in Berberis pruinosa France was reported in present paper.The main results can be concluded as follows:The anther wall develops conforming to the dicotyledonous type.It is tetrasporangiate with endothecium,3-4 middle layers and glandular multinucleate tapetum,of which part of 1-2 middle layers and endothecium developed synchronically Ushaped thickenings to form fibrous layers as the anther matured.The cytokinesis of the microspore mother cell in mei...
