摘要
了解三七花的形态结构变化及发育进度。通过改良的石蜡切片法观察,三七花芽分化的过程大致分为花芽原基的形成、萼片原基分化、花瓣原基分化、小花原基的出现、雄蕊原基形成及雌蕊原基的形成6个过程。三七花药发育可大致分为花药发育初期、花粉母细胞时期、二分体时期、四分体时期、单核花粉粒时期及成熟花粉时期。三七的花芽分化从6月初开始分化并持续到7月中旬,花药从6月初开始发育,其特性与同属的其他植物一致。
Study on the morphological changes of bud differentiation and floret development of P.notoginseng;Paraffin section;The process of bud differentiation were divided into six steps,namely,bud primordium differentiation,sepal primodium differentiation,petal primodium differentiation,floret primodium differentiation,stamen primodium differentiation and pistil primodium differentiation,and the process of anther development were divided into early development stage,microspore mother cell development stage,the dyad and tetrad stage,the single nucleus microspore stage and matured pollen grain stage.Bud differentiation was from early June to mid-July,anther development was from early June,and the process of bud differentiation and anther development of notoginseng is same as anther plants of the genus Panax.
