摘要
用二烷基磺酸钠聚丙烯酰胺电泳(SDS-PAGE)对箭笞豌豆的2个品种333和333/A的种子进行分析,电泳后用2种染色方法处理.比较结果表明:品种之间在谱带数目、带的分布与强弱等特点均可见较明显差异,据此可将各供试品种互相区分开来.这就为以后鉴定品种的亲缘关系、选种、育种等方面提供鉴定基础.
Zein souble proteins of two pea varieties were analyzed with SDS-PAGE and their effects were dyed in two ways. The results showed that SDS-PAGE patterns were different.It was,therefore,not difficult to distinguish the both varieties by studying the zein patterns.We can find out some difference among varieties,there were obvious difference in band number,distribution and concentration.On the basis of these characteristics, the both varieties could be discriminated from each other.
