摘要
“三个代表”思想正确回答了在新的历史条件下“建设一个什么样的党、怎样建设党”的重大理论和实践问题 ,提出了按照“三个代表”要求加强和改进党的建设的任务等 ,使它成为中国共产党在新世纪继往开来的理论纲领、政治宣言和衡量自身先进性的坐标 ,体现了马克思主义与时俱进、开拓创新的精神 。
