摘要
通过对部分体育院系体操普修课程教学内容的调查、分析得出各院校的体操课时数整体缩减,教学内容的构建向着注重基础性、增加实用性、重视能力培养及个性化方向发展。
Based on the investigation into the teaching and testing of the public gymnastics course in some P.E. colleges and universities, the purpose of this article is to look at the current state of reform in gymnastics teaching, It proposes that the teaching should aim to foster the individual, practical ability. And the course should be pragmatic, serial, and in a small scale.
