摘要
目的 :探讨精神分裂症患者服用维思通和氯氮平抗精神病药物对血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (T3)、甲状腺素(T4 )水平的变化。方法 :采用酶免疫法对 80例精神分裂症患者随机分为维思通组和氯氮平组治疗 8周 ,分别检测血清T3、T4 水平。结果 :维思通组血清 T3、T4 水平较治疗前低 ,与服药前比较差异存在显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。氯氮平组血清T3、T4 水平均升高 ,与治疗前差异也有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。男女性别无差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :维思通有降低 T3、T4 水平 ,而氯氮平则对 T3、T4 均有增高作用。
Objective To explore the change of the levels of 3,5,3 -triiodothyronine(T 3) and 3,5,3,5 -tetraiodothyronine(T 4) in serum with risperdal or clozapine on patients with schizophrenia. MethodsThe levels of 3,5,3 -triiodothyronine(T 3)and 3,5,3, 5 -tetraiodothyronine(T 4) in serum were measured with ELISA on 80-schizophrenia patients all of the patients was randomly treated with risperdal or clozapine.Results the levels of T 3 and T 4 in serurn were lower significantly after using risperdal (P<0.01)....
