摘要
目的 :观察2型糖尿病患者血流变 ,PLT及与之相关的PDW和MPV的变化 ,以期对之治疗、监测有一定的临床意义。方法 :将患者分为1组 (糖尿病组 )、2组 (糖尿病合并肾病组 ) ,同时测定血流变、PLT3项指标。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,1组的患者低切、高切均有显著性改变 (P<0.01) ,2组的患者除此之外MPV指标亦有显著性改变 (P<0.01)。PLT、PDW改变明显 (P<0.05)。2组与1组相比 ,低切呈显著性改变。结论 :2型糖尿病患者低、高切增高显著 ,而合并肾病的患者低切改变明显 ,除此之外 ,PLT减少 ,MPV升高 。
