摘要
在介绍ERP应用和ERP项目监理的基础上,叙述了ERP项目监理的内容以及与ERP咨询的区别。结合在一个制造企业中进行ERP项目监理的实际案例,分析ERP项目监理的应用内容、过程、方法和效果。
With the introduction of application and supervision of ERP, this paper describes the contents of ERP supervision and differences between ERP supervision and ERP consultation. The contents, processes, methods and effects of ERP supervision are analyzed with an example illustrating the application of ERP supervision in a manufacturing company.
