摘要
学校德育中的榜样教育,关键要把握和处理好学生与榜样之间、学生与教育环境之间、学生与学生之间、学生与社会实践活动之间,这四个方面的关系。而这些关系的辨证统一,分别依赖学生的心理认同、心理共振、心理连动和心理强化等心理矛盾运动来实现。要让榜样与学生之间在思想道德品质方面形成主动对接和深度融合,教育工作者就不能不了解与此相关的心理机制问题。
