摘要
要素主义特别重视天才教育 ,在天才儿童的鉴别 ,培养及目标等方面提出了独特的见解。天才教育经过半个世纪的发展有了很大进步 ,表现为天才的定义、鉴别更全面科学 ,培养过程更注重个体差别。我国天才儿童教育还存在一些不足 ,应该更加重视对天才儿童的研究和培养。
Essentialism gives emphasis on education for the gifted and talented, and puts forward some particular viewpoints on identification, education and goals, etc. Education for the gifted and talented has been developing over half century, representing as: the definition and identification are more comprehensive and scientific, and the process of education gives more emphasis on individual difference.
