ICAM-1基因表达对大鼠急性重症胰腺炎肺损伤的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探讨急性重症胰腺炎 (ASP)大鼠肺组织细胞间黏附分子 1 (ICAM 1 )的基因表达及其与肺损伤的关系 .方法 :将ASP大鼠分别在制模后 1 ,3,5 ,7和 9h点剖杀 ,取肺组织行病理观察、微血管通透性、组织含水量及髓过氧化物酶 (MPO)活性测定 ,RT PCR法检测肺组织ICAM 1基因表达 .结果 :制模后肺组织ICAM 1基因表达在 1h后逐渐上升 ,至 9h达到峰值 (P <0 .0 5 ) .同时肺损伤程度逐渐加重 ,肺组织微血管通透性、组织含水量及MPO活性逐渐升高 .结论 :ASP大鼠肺组织ICAM 1基因过度表达 。 AIM: To evaluate the intrapulmonary expression of ICAM 1 mRNA and its relationship with acute lung injury in acute severe pancreastitis (ASP). METHODS: Rats were sacrificed at 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 h after inducing ASP model and lung tissues were obtained for pathological study, microvascular permeability, dry/wet ratio and MPO examination. Gene expression of ICAM 1 in lung tissue was detected by RT PCR. RESULTS: After inducing ASP model, gene expression of ICAM 1 in the lung rose gradually after 1 h and reached the peak at 9 h ( P <0.05), accompanied with gradual increase of microvascular permeability, dry/wet ratio and MPO activity. CONCLUSION: Severity of lung injury can be predicted by the overexpression of ICAM 1 gene in ASP rats.
