摘要
采用加热失水而改变颜色的Cu盐(CuSO4·2C6H12N4·5H2O)作为变色材料制成低温可逆示温涂料。通过漆基和填 料的选择、变色温度、复色时间的试验及涂料性能的检测,确定了最佳涂料配方。当颜料:漆基(质量百分比)=1:1时,涂料变色 温度为76℃,由蓝色变成翠绿色,复色时间为30min。
A low temperature reversible changing-color coating has been developed by using Cu-salt (CuSO4·2C6H12N4·5H2O)that lose water by heating to changing color as color-changing substance. The optimun coatings formulation is determined by choosing paint and fillers ,testing of color changing temperature and color-recovering time as well as paint properties. When CuSO4·2C6H12N4·5H2O:Paint ( quantity ratio)=1:1, the color changing temperature is 76℃, and be blue to green , color-recovering time is 30 min.
