摘要 针对教师课堂教学质量评定的模糊性 ,根据教学理论和实践 ,利用FUZZY综合评判的数学模型 ,结合教学实际情况 ,提出综合评判课程教学质量的指标体系 ,给出权重的计算方法 ,用多因素、多层次的综合评判与五分制相结合的方法把最后的结果量化 ,根据分数的高低将教师排出名次、分出成绩等级 ,并且作出统计和分析。 There are some uncertainties in teaching evaluation, which remains a subject to study. In this article, an index system for comprehensive teaching evaluation is put forward according to the teaching theories and practice and FUZZY Mathematic Model of Comprehensive Evaluation, and the methods of calculating weights are also provided here. The final results are turned into fractions by using the evaluation system of multi-factor, multi-level and 5-credit. The grades of the teachers are listed from high scores to low ones. After that, an analysis of them is made. The whole teaching evaluation should be carried out with the help of computers to enhance the efficiency and quality of the management. As a result, the teaching evaluation will be proceeding in the direction of easiness, exactness, systematization, science and standardization.
