摘要
高等函授教育是具有中国特色的成人继续教育的重要形式,函授教育质量是高等学校函授教育的生命,强化教育管理,已经成为提高函授教育质量的关键。与成人脱产学生相比,函授学生有其独特之处。这就要求班主任要具有较高的政治素质和管理能力,加强学生管理,保证函授教学过程顺利实施。
Correspondence - based higher education is an important form of adult education with Chinese characteristics. A high educational quality, which is decisive for the successful performance of correspondence - based higher education , can't be achieved without the strengthening of management in education. Compared with full - time adult students , correspondence adult students have their own distinctive features, which call for special consideration from a class adviser who is responsible for a good student management job so as to facilitate the teaching and learning during face - to -face instruction periods for correspondence students.
